How BIM helps in construction:

BIM is a sophisticated 3D digital model with all the characteristics of an actual building. It is mirror of real world of building and helps us to accurately capture our early Design concepts.

Contribution:

3D-Visualization of Architectural, Structural and MEP Model. Clash detection and resolution of conflicts between elements of different trade. Production of detailed MEP shop drawings for prefabrication of ducts, pipes and other assemblies to reduce wastages.

Electrical Modelling

After completing the family creation job we place the families into the project as per the provided layout and the connections are made by conduits with the help of riser diagram. Also cable tray models are developed as per input.
