Project Description: 3 floor new office building with existing warehouse. Completed the full BIM MEP model for the development. We work with the MEP consultants on the project to provide them with the full MEP BIM model of the development. We provide the project with the full suite of 2D MEP drawing sets and shop drawings for the mechanical systems. Clash detection was carried out with the structure and other services. We work closely with the MEP consultants and MEP contractors during the build process.

BIM Services provided: Containment, Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, Lighting, Small Power & Data, Heating, Cooling, Fire Alarm and Fire fighting.
